LPN Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
- Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies.
- Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
LPN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
- Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
