Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Charleston, SC. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and budget management. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, as well as maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, leasing, and maintenance coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and tenant relation skills
- Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
- Experience in property marketing and leasing strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
