We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apartment Sales Specialist. As a key member of our leasing team, you will play a vital role in assisting residents and prospective residents with their housing needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of Fair Housing requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Showing and leasing apartments and mini-models
- Inspecting vacant apartments to ensure they meet company standards
- Preparing and reviewing lease packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conducting lease signings and move-in procedures in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential
- Outstanding people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
