Southwoods Health is hiring a STNA to work in one of our Physician Office’s in Boardman, Ohio. Works with team and partners with the physician and other health care professionals to evaluate and provide direction to comprehensive, quality patient care. Is trained and responsible for performing a wide range of skilled administrative and clinical duties
Responsibilities
- Rooms patients in a timely manner utilizing two patient identifiers.
- Obtain and record vital signs, major complaint, medications and allergies in patient chart
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Able to schedule appointments, answer phones, filing, maintain medical records, and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience direct related to patient care
- Training or courses in computer skills, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to handle several priorities at once
- Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Great degree of flexibility and organizational skill as priorities will change frequently
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times, strong ethical and moral principles
- Previous EMR experience, preferred
Full-time. Monday-Friday day-shift. No evenings or weekends.
