The Opportunity : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager, Construction to oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and third-party consultants for our commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects while ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Duties and Functions :
- Schedule and Budget Management :
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure all activities and milestones are achieved on time.
Draft and review third-party contracts, ensuring scopes of work align with project needs.
Manage internal and external schedules to meet critical milestones.
Track and incorporate minor but critical details into project plans.
Become proficient with Asana (project management software), Procore (construction management software), and Microsoft Project (schedule software).
