Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for hospitality professionals who have a passion for providing top quality service to our members. The applicants chosen to participate in this program must have previous experience in the country club and/or luxury hospitality industry and speak English fluently. About the Program: Selected candidates will have the chance to work in various roles within our esteemed country clubs, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
- Hours: Participants in this program are guaranteed a minimum of 35 hours/week (although, most weeks will be closer to the 40-hour mark). Overtime (any hours over 40 worked in a pay week) may be available based on business needs and are paid at 1.5x the normal hourly rate.
- Housing: To ensure a seamless transition, we provide affordable shared housing at a cost of $100 per week. All housing costs are included and are taken directly out of your paycheck.
- Transportation: We understand the importance of a hassle-free journey. To assist in your transition, we cover the transportation costs to and from San Juan as long as you complete your 6-month obligation on good terms.

The Position: We are looking for Housekeepers/Locker Room Attendants to join our team. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that our members and guests enjoy a pristine and inviting environment. As a crucial part of our hospitality team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness that our esteemed members expect.
Duties and Functions:
- Cleaning and maintaining public spaces, guest rooms and recreational facilities to ensure they are presentable, comfortable, and safe.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensuring the availability of clean and well-stocked linen and amenities for guest use.
- Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas to prevent the spread of germs.
- Handling and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table and chair arrangement.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate department.
- Adhering to established club policies and procedures related to housekeeping and safety.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member and guest requests or concerns.
Qualification Standards:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and club members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- A sense of pride in delivering high-quality service and exceeding member expectations.
