Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for hospitality professionals who have a passion for providing top quality service to our members. The applicants chosen to participate in this program must have previous experience in the country club and/or luxury hospitality industry and speak English fluently. About the Program: Selected candidates will have the chance to work in various roles within our esteemed country clubs, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

• Hours: Participants in this program are guaranteed a minimum of 35 hours/week (although, most weeks will be closer to the 40-hour mark). Overtime (any hours over 40 worked in a pay week) may be available based on business needs and are paid at 1.5x the normal hourly rate.

• Housing: To ensure a seamless transition, we provide affordable shared             housing at a cost of $100 per week. All housing costs are included and are taken directly out of your paycheck.

• Transportation: We understand the importance of a hassle-free journey. To assist in your transition, we cover the transportation costs to and from San Juan as long as you complete your 6-month obligation on good terms.

The Position: We are looking for Servers to join our team. As a Server at our restaurants, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and impeccable service will contribute to the overall ambiance and reputation of our establishment.

Duties and Functions:

• Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations about menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, with attention to presentation and temperature.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare and deliver accurate bills, handle payment transactions, and provide exceptional customer service during checkout.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and club promotions to enhance the dining experience and contribute to revenue generation.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on swift resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to create a seamless and harmonious work environment.

Qualification Standards:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
