Southworth International Group, Inc., located in Manila, AR, has an immediate opening for a Stockroom Lead - Weekdays

Key Responsibilities:
- Able to read and understand blueprints and other specification and able to communicate as a set of instructions
- Provide department employees with guidance, direction and technical assistance as well as training when the Stockroom Supervisor is not available
- Develop and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain inventory and monitor inventory transactions to assure adequate stocking levels at all times
- Receive, store, and keep in a good, safe state of repair, count accurately and issue from inventory stocks all materials, tools, supplies and equipment used in the course of conducting Southworth Product's business
- Provide customer satisfaction through schedule attainment by providing quality products
- Perform other duties and complete other assignments as may be requested or assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read and understand blueprints, welding techniques, painting and metal fabrication
- Must have good communication and supervisory skills and computer literacy
- Must be able to build an effective team through personal interaction based on trust, respect, communications, problem solving and individual, as well as, team performance
- Must be able to bend, twist, reach, grasp with fingers, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds
