Overview
The Talent Acq and Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting both Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions and programs, including various employee experience and learning programs, employee development programs, employee innovation programs and recruiting and sourcing qualified talent. This person will play an important part in acquiring and developing talent at the enterprise level of Alex Lee.
Responsibilities
1. Source for qualified candidates using the ATS system and recruiting platforms 2. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to review applications/resumes for open roles 3. Research vendor partners to help increase candidate flow 4. Assist with University Partnerships and managing Handshake accounts with each school. 5. Assist with pulling together TA reports as needed6. Assist in tracking and coordinating participants and participant experience in talent development programs, including The Alex Lee Job Shadow program, etc.7. Assist with communications relating to Sparx Innovation programs8. Assist with planning and coordination of employee experience programs aligned with our People Strategy, including Third Thursday initiatives.9. Update and track incoming ideas sourced through our Annual Sparx Challenge and FastSparx innovation programs10. Provide analytics and usage updates for L&D platforms and tools, including the Alex Lee Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, etc11. Drive engagement in our L&D programs and platforms through promotional campaigns and other activities12. Perform other tasks associated with talent development as needed.
Qualifications
• Excellent organization and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks• Basic understanding of ATS systems and Handshake • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.• Experience with Microsoft Office• Proficiency with various learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other talent development tools• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with understanding and proficiency working with data• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and also able to work as part of a team• High level of professionalism when handling confidential information• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
