We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology, telecom and/or technical sales, and will be adept at using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales processes. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to develop business strategies, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Eagerness to learn about emerging technologies, including 5G, IoT, and cloud-based solutions
Experience
- Enterpise SaaS seller with prior inside sales experience
- Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role, preferably within technology or technical sales sectors.
- Strong understanding of telemarketing techniques and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or relevant work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role,
- Required: Telecommunications, wireline, or wireless technology industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management skills
- Eagerness to learn about emerging technologies, including 5G, IoT, and cloud-based solutions
