Responsibilities
- Review patient records to determine the necessity of continued hospital stay.
- Develop and implement plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the case management team to ensure safe discharge planning.
Requirements
- A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
- Experience in utilization review preferred.
