Department / Unit Summary
Our Quality Department is a highly motivated and dedicated team working closely together to drive performance improvement initiatives within SOVAH Health. In Quality we are involved in analyzing data and processes to proactively identify and to create innovative solutions in the arena of healthcare improvement.
We work with various teams across our healthcare setting to intervene in addressing possible barriers and assist in evaluating results as performance improvement projects move forward. Our team also serves as consultants in patient care best practices and risk reduction practices.

Qualifications
Qualifications and requirementsApplicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Additional requirements include :
American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Experience in Quality Assurance preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical nursing
Certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ) OR Project Management Certification, preferred
