Department / Unit Summary
Our Case Management Department primarily serves the adult population in our community. Our hospital has a lower than national average patient ratio. Our team’s approach to offering safe discharge planning is the use of a Utilization RN and Case Manager RN, in conjunction with a Social Worker.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Additional requirements include :
