About the Role :
As a Property Maintenance / HVAC Technician your main responsibility will be to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the properties within our corporate portfolio. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and employees. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, and addressing any maintenance issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid HVAC certification.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
