Summary: 

Sovereign provides valet and parking services for special events, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals and hotels. We want to help bring success to your business or social events. The staff at Sovereign Services provides a comfortable, convenient and safe parking environment for you and your guests. The Admin position will be the point person for the day-to-day flow of the valet parking team and payments activity for Sovereign Services of Houston client Post Oak Hotel customers and guest’s cash transactions. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrate a "servant's heart" by creating a unique and personalized experience.

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and provide great customer service. 

• Collect the parking fees and provide correct change 

• Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly

• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. 

• Performs other duties as assigned 

Education/Experience:

• Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be organized and detail-oriented

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of start-up and close-down of cash registers is preferred

• Previous experience in a luxury location atmosphere  is preferred

Language Skills:

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to Sovereign Services client customers

• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers

• Must have the ability to resolve problems or conflicts in a tactful manner

Job Description

The Valet Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The valet attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, shopping bags during arrival and departure.

Hourly wage calculated based on tips plus an hourly rate of $5 per hour plus tips

Appearance:

• Professional Hair Cut

• No Visible Tattoo

• Facial Hair is Allow (Well Maintain and no longer than ½”) – We prefer no facial hair

Uniform: 

Employee needs to provide:

• ALL BLACK shoes

• Black Dress Pants

• company will provided shirts and jackets

We are looking to fill multiple positions : Monday to Sunday from 4:00pm - close

Hourly wage calculated based on tips plus an hourly and rate of $5 per hour with cash tip everyday and overtime available.
