Our high-end residential property requires an experienced, professional Concierge to take over guest services management on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options. We're looking for a Concierge who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide resort-level service to all our guests. The successful candidate will report to the Property Manager and work with the management staff to ensure prompt responses to the resident's inquiries and to notify the appropriate party immediately of supply issues and other concerns. - Greet guests at the front desk and make suggestions for entertainment, dining and other engagements as appropriate
- Make reservations at local establishments upon request of the guest
- Direct guests to the residential amenities, including laundry and fitness facilities
Concierge Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Technology savvy
- Highly refined verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office software
- Pleasant phone manner
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and destinations
