Job Description
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating software and hardware systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test algorithms, ensuring that our products meet specified requirements. Your role will involve debugging, unit testing, and utilizing various lab test and measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded software for products across a wide range of industries.
- Integrate and debug hardware and software systems.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab test and measurement equipment.
- Interpret hardware schematics and collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., Analog) to develop and test algorithms.
- Create detailed design documents and project documentation.
- Communicate findings and collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
Essential Skills
- Strong C programming skills.
- Embedded development experience.
- Hardware and software integration and debugging capability.
- Proficient use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab test and measurement equipment.
- Ability to interpret hardware schematics.
