Title: HIL Engineer
Location: Mossville, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Assist in the development and integration of software components for motor control applications.
- HIL Testing: Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing to validate software and system performance.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Utilize tools such as CANape, CANoe, and Lauterbach to debug and resolve software issues.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and validation of software components.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of software development and testing processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or a Master's degree with approximately one year of experience in HIL testing or relevant projects.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with HIL testing, either through academic projects or professional work.
- Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as C/C and MATLAB/SIMULINK. Familiarity with tools like CANape, CANoe, and Vector DaVinci Configurator & Developer is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
