Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspectors to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to conduct thorough inspections using various measurement tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers to assess product specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in alignment with FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform HACCP assessments to identify potential hazards in the production process.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or deviations from product specifications.
- Document inspection results, compile reports, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in using preecision measurement tools.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies (QA/QC) and quality management principles.
