We’re looking for a Skilled Tradesman with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our field team. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, dependable, and eager to grow with a purpose-driven company.
Position Summary
The Skilled Tradesman supports a variety of construction tasks on residential and light commercial projects. This role requires basic carpentry, drywall, and cement work, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who shows up on time, solves problems, and keeps a good vibe on site.
You’ll work directly under the supervision of a Foreman or Project Manager and play a key role in keeping the job moving smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, drywall, concrete, and general labor as needed.
- Follow instructions from the Foreman or Project Manager.
- Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
- Pick up supplies and material from vendors.
- Identify small issues before they become big problems.
- Maintain a respectful, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of construction or hands-on trade experience preferred.
- Basic skills in carpentry, drywall, or cement work.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel out of the State.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in remote or rural locations.
- Strong communication and a can-do mindset.
- Bring solutions to problems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions.
Nice to Have
- A specialty in trade.
- OSHA 10 or other certification related to Construction.

Compensation:
$20–$30/hr. depending on experience, with performance-based raises over time.
