The Work You'll Do :
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of operations, providing critical support to one or more C-level executives while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Minneapolis office. This is a high-impact role where you'll juggle executive schedules, orchestrate key company events, and be the go-to person for local office administration. You'll work closely with leadership to keep things running seamlessly, all while helping create a welcoming and collaborative environment for our employees. More specifically, you will :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more C-level executives, including :
- Manage high-level calendar scheduling, coordinating meetings across time zones, resolving conflicts, and arranging travel plans with detailed itineraries and briefing materials.
- Handle expense reporting, processing receipts, reimbursements, and managing financial systems.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and special documents as needed for executive and team needs.
- Oversee daily office operations for the Minneapolis location, ensuring a collaborative workspace by maintaining supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Organize and support on-site events, meetings, orientations, and training sessions, including room setup, meal arrangements, and other logistics.
- Collaborate with internal Executive Assistants to ensure seamless communication and alignment between C-level executives.
- Manage office communications, including mail distribution, deliveries, and updates from building management to employees.
- Assist with virtual credit card approvals, purchasing, and coordinating with the finance team for receipts and expense tracking.
- Work with local HR and leadership on various projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction by providing proactive, responsive support.

We expect that this role will pay a base salary that ranges between $50,000 and $70,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
