Site Laborers/General Laborers: Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
Experience with basic construction tasks (shoveling, digging, material handling).
Project Manager/Estimator: Someone who can precisely calculate, plan, and manage construction costs is crucial.
Interpret and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
Conduct site visits and gather all necessary data to assist with the preparation of estimates
Assess the cost-effectiveness of projects or services and track actual costs as the project develops
Site Superintendents: Experience managing site and civil projects.
Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interfaced with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Surveyors/Survey Assistants: Experience with surveying equipment and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret survey data.
Knowledge of GPS and total station equipment preferred
