What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Soyumi Asian Kitchen?
•Comply with health code
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
•Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
•Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry through the restaurant. A dishwasher must also be able to stand their entire shift.
Typical Work Week: 15-30 hours (night/weekend availability is required)
Salary : $20,000 - $25,300
