As a Fragrance Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team of perfumers during the creative process and guiding the creation of new fragrances to meet customer requests and trend presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with winning fragrances and sales strategies
- Identify olfactive trends in the market and understand customers' needs and olfactive gaps within their brands
- Attend and conduct client presentations
