Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant
Answer phones.
Check and answer voicemails daily.
Greet incoming guests and answer questions
Take payments and write receipts
Help with various office duties
Hours:
Seasonal Hours (March-May & Sept-Oct)
Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with 1 hr. lunch
Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm
November-February
Mon-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm
Non seasonal (May-August)
Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with 1 hr. lunch
Occasional Overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
