As a fully remote Inbound Security Sales Associate , you’ll be: * Answering incoming calls from existing customers * Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs * Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them * This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have : * Sales experience, especially in a call center environment * Experience with upselling products * A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs

Important Details
- Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation
- Training: Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm EST (2 weeks)?
- Nesting: Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm EST (2-3 weeks)?
- Production: Monday – Friday 8 am – 11 pm EST. Sunday 9 am – 9 pm EST open availability. Saturdays off?
- Immediate start dates
- Must have a personal Windows 10/11 computer that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to a modem with an Ethernet cable, minimum 8 GB available RAM, minimum internet speeds of 30 download and 10 upload
