Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth parking experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing Customers: Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
- Counting Vehicles: Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
- Issuing Violation Warnings: Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
- Patrolling the Lot: Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
- Assisting Customers: Provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
- Uniform and Attendance: Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
Requirements:
- Education: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses: A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record, if required to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
