We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The IT Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's IT needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Maintaining and updating spa management software (appointment scheduling, client database, inventory tracking).
- Troubleshooting technical issues with POS systems, payment gateways, and online booking platforms.
- Managing user accounts and access levels for staff.
- Performing system backups and data recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with team members using Agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Network Management:
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Maintaining network security protocols and firewalls.
- Managing Wi-Fi access points throughout the spa facility.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generating reports on client demographics, treatment trends, sales data, and staff performance.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Developing dashboards and visualizations to present key metrics to management.
- Website and Online Booking Management:
- Maintaining and updating the spa's website content and booking functionality.
- Integrating online booking systems with spa management software.
- Managing online marketing campaigns and SEO optimization.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, social media management, and online advertising.
- Tracking digital marketing performance and making adjustments as needed.
Duties
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting languages, particularly Shell Scripting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in IT projects.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container management is highly desirable.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in enterprise solutions.
- Previous exposure to Pegasystems or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments.
