We are Auburn-Opelika’s newest locally owned All-Luxury Dog Resort that offers only the highest level of fun and safety in all-suite boarding, enrichment daycare, spa grooming, mobile grooming, and waterpark experiences.

As a Client Ambassador, you must have a passion for customer service. Your role will be to greet Clients (owners) and Guests (dogs) in a friendly and positive manner, check in and out Spa, Mobile Spa,Daycare, and Boarding Guests (dogs) within PetExec and MoeGo software, ensure all SPA DEL forms are reviewed and signed by Clients (Owners), document Guests’ (dogs’) food, and toys; assign Guests (dogs) to their boarding suites, play pack, or water park group; answer phones; provide resort information and pricing; process payments; maintain boutique inventory; print daily reports; coordinate with other SPA DEL Ambassadors (employees) throughout the day; clean lobbies and associated restrooms. Must be willing to clean up some occasional dog “stuff”.

Compensation Structure:
- - $13 - $14 per hour with scheduled pay increases
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
