Social Media Coordinator

Spa Mizan is growing, and we need someone to help Grow our Social Media!

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help create original text and video content, managing posts and respond to followers. You’ll manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Collaborating with our management team for ideas and company direction. And we are here to help YOU! Along with collaborating with our team, you’ll get support and regular coaching from an industry Social Media Expert!

To really speak about our culture, we need you to be in our culture! We also will need you to be part of our Guest Services team! Working closely with our Service Providers, ready to get content on the spot! In the moment!

Some of the things we’ll need you to do:

• Research current trends and audience preferences
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with departments, hair, nails, aesthetics, massage, guest services, etc., to ensure brand consistency and relevancy
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, IG stories, posts, hi-lights and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
