Front Desk Receptionist
Hours:
This position is for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 4pm - 7pm and can vary depending on scheduling, Friday & Saturdays from 8:30-6pm are a must (unless you switch with the other receptionist on staff from time to time for coverage).
Duties:
- Help prepare massage & esthetician rooms in the morning
- Prepare the spa for the day checking restrooms are stocked & sweeping
- Answer all inbound calls, emails & text messages for bookings
- Manage appointment calendar for staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area/desk
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage staff room - laundry, dishes, sweeping
- Greet clients upon arrival & checking them in for their services
- Checking out clients
- Closing duties: turning off table warmers, lights, etc.
- Administrative duties as needed, which includes processing insurance payments, and other general administrative duties.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
