We're looking to add reliable, hard-working additions to our Front Desk team!

Since 1993 Spa Roma has been providing top-tier face/body/hair/nail treatments and excellent customer service. We use exclusive products such as Bumble & Bumble, Oribe Haircare, Schwarzkopf, Is Clinical, PCA Skin, CND, BareMinerals, and The Balm Cosmetics. We'd love for you to join our team!
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Answer phones, schedules appointments on spa computer program
- Greet, check-in and check out clients
- Gain knowledge on spa and salon services including descriptions, pricing and timing so that you can book quickly and efficiently.
- Gain knowledge on skin, makeup and hair products so that you can effectively sell products.
- Make and serve specialty coffees and protein shakes.
- Put away shipment, restock products and supplies.
- Organize and keep front retail and waiting areas clean and tidy.
- Assist in marketing and arranging displays.
- Assist in laundry when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.75 - $12.00 per hour
