What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
- Must be available year-round for part-time (20-25 hours/week) or full-time (30-40 hours/week)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- Answer phones, schedules appointments on spa computer program
- Greet, check-in and check-out clients
- Gain knowledge on spa and salon services including descriptions, pricing and timing so that you can book quickly and efficiently
- Gain knowledge on skin, makeup and hair products so that you can effectively sell products
- Make and serve specialty coffees and protein shakes at our Caffe da Vinci
- Put away shipment, restock products and supplies
- Organize and keep front retail and waiting areas clean and tidy.
- Assist in marketing and arranging displays
- Assist in laundry when needed
- Relevant experience is a plus but not required
