Job description
You will be primarily responsible for overseeing front desk reception. The Lead Spa Concierge must have the ability to deal effectively with guests while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Dependability and flexibility are a must. You will be responsible for assisting the Spa Director in answering phones and scheduling appointments. The Lead Spa Concierge will maintain a high level of customer service standards in all interactions with spa guests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of spa services.
- Train and ensure all front desk associates deliver exceptional service, offering counseling when needed.
- Ensure front desk staff are informed of treatments, groups, and other promotions.
- Manage all front desk incentives.
- Help the team reach monthly retail sales goals.
- Assist in answering phones and booking appointments as needed
- Maintain product inventory, accounting for employee supply usage, noting inconsistencies and accuracies.
- Monitor supplies throughout the spa.
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the spa from opening and closing duties to general facility maintenance.
- Act as leader for service providers.
- Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Director in a timely fashion.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, spa, sales and/or retail is preferred but not required.
- Candidates must also be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Basic Computer software skills, booking software preferred. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (closing shifts (to 6pm), Saturdays, and some holidays) and also be available on an "on-call" basis (if needed).

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
