Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Active TS / SCI with current CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings
Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related discipline
Familiarity with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) structure, processes, and procedures
Expertise in managing and utilizing task-tracking systems such as TIER or equivalent platforms
Experience supporting leadership in protocol management for distinguished visitors, VIP visits, or high-level engagements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data, reports, and collaborative workflows
Certification such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to the following :
Provide executive-level support for senior leadership, including preparing briefings, data, and preparatory materials for senior-level meetings.
Develop and manage a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for leadership engagements, aligning with strategic guidance and organizational goals.
Draft and edit executive correspondence, synthesizing information into polished, accurate, and timely deliverables for leadership.
Create and maintain directorate-level reports, communications, and business documentation such as overviews, year-in-review summaries, and activity reports.
Coordinate and facilitate leadership engagements, including meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, forums, and protocol events.
Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise systems, ensuring responses adhere to organizational standards and are completed on time.
