ISAG has an upcoming need for an experienced legal expert to support DoD's input into both the CFIUS and Team Telecom processes. Roles will be onsite in Arlington or Alexandria, VA. The candidate will support DoD's Global Investment and Economic Security Office in the development of risk mitigation options and the monitoring and compliance of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) mitigation agreements. They will support the review of mitigation compliance, which may involve domestic and international travel. The candidate will develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the mitigation of foreign investment risk in the areas of product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and technology transfer.
