Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- 5-7 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering) or 7 years' equivalent experience in networking
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with switches, routers, routing protocols (especially BGP), and SDWAN platforms
- Experience in access control lists, firewalls, IPSs, load balancing, VPN technologies, and other security technologies
- Broad understanding of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the networking field
- Experience with cloud networking technologies, including Azure
- Understanding of DoD and networking baselines and compliance requirements (i.e., CMMC, RMF, C2C), including implementing DISA STIGS
- Experience configuring, and implementing network access control solutions, such as Cisco ISE, in secure environments.

Responsibilities
The Network Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of network projects in both enterprise and classified networks, in accordance with change management policies. The Network Engineer will be responsible for staying abreast of new and future technologies.
