Required Qualifications :
- Experience with DoD security and ability to quickly qualify as an OSSR
- Strong experience in MS Office suite and solid verbal / written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, autonomously with minimal supervision, and to multi-task, providing high quality services and products while meeting strict deadlines and time constraints
- Current DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain clearance throughout employment

Responsibilities
Your role as Security Specialist and Office Administrator will be to manage day-to-day security and office activities in support of SPA and our Navy clients. Your role will be to manage in processing and out processing of AUKUS personnel, working with SPA security and our government partners to ensure requirements are met. You will serve as an Offsite Security Representative (OSSR) assisting the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in many security efforts, including facility access control (Physical Security). You will advise on classified material development, handling, downgrading and destruction processes. You will also assist the AUKUS Group with the management of office and contract functions including across a variety of areas including meetings, facilities, travel, and staff management.
Salary Range : $90-130k.
