Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Active TS / SCI
Ability to sit for, and pass, a CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in federal acquisition or contract management with a focus on pre-award and post-award processes
Competency in contract management tools, reporting systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications :
5 years of experience in federal acquisition or contract management with a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
Expertise in acquisition planning, proposal evaluation, cost / price analysis, and proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of government budgetary processes and financial management as it relates to contracts
Responsibilities
Act as a business advisor, providing expertise on acquisition strategies, contract types, market research, and contracting methods, including sole source and competitive procedures.
Prepare acquisition-related documents (e.g., Acquisition Research Center (ARC) postings, Acquisition Plans, and Contract Review Panel briefings).
Conduct continuous compliance reviews and resolving contract performance issues.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTRs), and Contracting Officers (COs) to provide daily financial and business management support.
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Source Selection processes.
Identify and implement efficiencies to improve contract operations, documentation, and compliance.
Develop and present contract-related recommendations to management, including resource allocations and corrective actions.
