Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years solution development / architect experience across multiple Federal customer environments supporting efforts >
100M in value
Ability to analyze information and make sound observations and recommendations quickly
Bachelor's Degree
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to conceptualize graphics
Strong facilitation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting solutions and technical concepts
Comfortable working with and briefing solution concepts to senior management
Able to work flexible schedules, including long hours and weekends
Current Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one); TS / SCI clearance a plus
Desired Qualifications :
Technical writing proposal experience for complex systems development efforts
Formal capture lifecycle training (Shipley or other formal capture training)
Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect, you will work directly with the CG leadership team and actively support business development activities and capture of high value contracts. Work in partnership with the capture manager and technical experts to translate customer requirements into a compelling solution concept and vision. Responsible for facilitating solution sessions, whiteboarding, and preparing for corporate solution design reviews. This is a high-visibility position with the opportunity to collaborate extensively with senior management. This position is located in the DC Metro areas but may support efforts across all SPA offices. The Solution Architect will be expected to :
Lead development of innovative and customer driven solutions for single award, IDIQ, and task order proposals.
Manage all aspects of solution development, including facilitating technical solution sessions and identify specific strengths SPA can offer for the customer benefit.
Leverage innovative thinking, thought leadership, and knowledge of technology and solutions to enhance current offerings and translate into proposals / white papers.
Prepare and present solutions to leadership during solution design reviews for high value captures.
Lead design and development of key solution artifacts that will be used for proposal development.
Support and may lead the development of the technical and or management volume for proposals.
Ability to shift priorities and support evening / weekend hours to accomplish tasks.
