SPA is looking for a qualified Mk21A Flight Test Engineer to join our team in support of Program Acquisition for the Mk21A Reentry Vehicle Development Program as required by the warfighter, Air Force Global Strike Command. We're seeking a Test Engineer to coordinate Flight, Ground, and Cyber test activities with Government stakeholders, Prime and subcontractors and will review test concepts, policies, and standards of missile system tests. This role offers a unique opportunity to support an active test launch program with a team of subject matter experts. The advancement of technical skills and analysis capabilities are emphasized while producing high-quality products and effectively supporting the government customer.

Additional responsibilities include providing weapon system expertise in conducting integrated test engineering-level assessments of analysis, production, verification, validation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution processes as part of the program development cycle and to identify and mitigate design, production, and test deficiencies that could impact successful development.
