We are seeking a full-time Corporate Partnership Specialist responsible for client research, relationship management, contract fulfillment, data collection, and event recaps for corporate partnerships. This position reports to the Director of Business Enterprises within the Communications and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and contributing to the growth of corporate partnerships. Responsibilities and qualifications are shown below :
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with sponsors and external agencies to execute partnership elements and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Identify and research new business opportunities and develop a prospect list for potential corporate partners.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for existing partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, education, membership) to execute partner programs.
- Contribute to revenue-driving efforts through networking, face-to-face meetings, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Organize and track sponsor agreements, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and proper inventory management.
- Support the execution of partner events, working with the events team and catering partners.
- Develop and deliver event-specific and end-of-year reports, summarizing partnership success and ROI.
- Provide top-tier service to sponsors, promptly responding to requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist with sales strategies, track market insights, and develop solutions to meet partner needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of follow-up activities.
- Attend industry events, sponsor-related functions, and networking opportunities, representing Space Center Houston professionally.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
