Job Summary:
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS is seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and returning calls as needed.
- Assist with data entry, member applications, and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize knowledge of logistics to efficiently route calls and manage workflow.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and processing mail and packages.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, being willing to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a membership-based organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (not applicable for remote work).
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
