We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Head of HR / HR Director to lead the human capital strategy for a high-growth, PE / VC-backed FinTech with multiple business lines across ASEAN. The company is profitable (positive EBITDA) and pre-IPO, positioning itself for further scale and regional expansion.
As a key member of the C-suite leadership team, you will drive the HR agenda, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent while building a culture of high performance and agility. You will play a critical role in organisational design, leadership development, talent strategy, and people operations to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and high-growth trajectory.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the C-suite, shaping organisational development and talent management.
- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives to drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Build a scalable recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across multiple business lines and countries.
- Strengthen the employer brand to position the company as a leading FinTech employer in ASEAN.
- Develop hiring strategies for key leadership and technical roles to support rapid growth.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, agility, and workforce planning.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and employee development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure strong HR compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions in ASEAN.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Support HR transformation and workforce readiness for pre-IPO and scaling efforts.
- Implement HR structures and best practices that align with the company’s long-term growth and investor expectations.
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams on ESOP, compensation structuring, and regulatory HR compliance.
