This temporary position will likely work through mid July.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY :

Elevate your career as the IT Technician for the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. You will perform general and varied tasks on computer workstations, servers, specialized kiosks, phones and related equipment. Necessary for this position is the ability to work independently and be highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Backup and support IT Team
Assist and troubleshoot problems with POS, various kiosks, photography equipment, and interactive touch screen systems.
Troubleshoot computer workstation and network problems.
Resolve help desk calls quickly and efficiently or escalate as needed.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :

Organize equipment and storage areas.

Document procedures and processes when necessary.

Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

2 years of hands-on working experience with computer hardware and peripherals in a corporate environment

Preferred minimum of an associate degree or comparable work experience

Strong communications and organizational skills and attention to detail and able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Exceptional proficiency to prioritize multiple tasks and handle last-minute changes.

Proven capacity to anticipate and solve hardware, software and network problems.

Thorough follow up on all directives

Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows 10

Be able to effectively communicate simple to complex solutions to users of all skill levels.

Candidate must demonstrate excellent internal service and interpersonal skills

Full Time, Hourly Position

Pay Range : $25 - $27.36 / hour, Depending on Experience

Paid Personal Days (10 per year)

Paid Time Off of 14 days / year based on working 2080 hours / year
