What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Space Saver Self Storage?
Must have computer knowledge and able to work 40 hours per month.
One day per week from 11am to 5pm and every Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Able to speak Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
Includes a live in 750 square foot one bedroom apartment above office, garage,all utilities, cable TV and internet.
Job duties include, opening gate by 6 : 55am every morning seven days a week, closing gate every evening at 10pm 7 days a week, answering phone, returning any phone messages left, print and mail letters every day, rent and show storage units to prospective customers, cleaning storage units when some vacates to make ready for next customer, getting mail and entering any payments putting payment receipts into clients folder, depositing checks at bank every two to four days, calling delinquent accounts asking when to expect their payment, keeping office and apartment clean and orderly.
