SSI is seeking an Exercise & Wargame Planner who will bring extensive experience in Combatant Command (CCMD) or Major Command (MAJCOM) training, operations, intelligence, and planning, supporting the development and execution of high-level exercises and wargames. This role requires integration within a Warfighter Integration team, with a focus on both immediate and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years experience in DoD exercises, acquisitions, or operations required; Master’s degree and Professional Military Education (PME) from Joint or Service War Colleges highly preferred
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Proven ability to work independently, with experience in formal training processes, exercise design, and scenario development
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO, or National Capital Region (NCR).
- Approximately 25% of travel required to support exercise events
