With a strong presence across the nation, we are committed to providing fun and safe entertainment for communities. Our Greater New Orleans location, once a flagship Branch, is now transitioning to a corporate-managed model. We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead this location and drive its success.
Position Overview: As the Branch Manager of Space Walk of Greater New Orleans, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including logistics, staff management, customer service, and sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with experience in sales, logistics, or hospitality management.
**Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed**
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including booking, scheduling, and coordinating inflatable rentals.
- Lead, train, and oversee a part-time delivery team to ensure timely setup and removal of equipment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and other service fees.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain inventory, ensure proper equipment care, and schedule necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year, with potential adjustments based on experience.
- Bonus Structure: Earn 10% commission on unit sales exceeding $50,000.
- Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance options, 401(k) matching, and performance bonuses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, event management, or logistics.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
