We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to guide a team of agents in achieving exceptional results. As a leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training team members, driving sales initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment where experienced and new agents can both succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and client engagement.
- Recruit new agents to grow agent count.
- Provide training and support to team members on prospecting and lead generation, lead follow-up, buyer and seller consultations, effective negotiation techniques and past client communication to generate referral business.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team.
- Communicate effectively with company leadership and team members to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout all day-to-day activities.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in the target market.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and sales management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of prospecting and lead nurturing and the ability to teach experienced and new agents.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for success in this role.
