Preferred Qualifications :
Prior customer service experience is required.
Daily filing duties are essential, with an emphasis on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Responsibilities :
Generate various reports as needed.
Expedite order processing and manage sales backlog.
Input orders, update quantities / part numbers, and handle order cancellations.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery for customers and priority accounts.
Provide front desk reception coverage as needed.
